The Rotary Club of Chatham is pleased to announce its recent contribution of $1,100 to the Summer Reading Program at the Chatham Public Library. This initiative is a testament to our ongoing commitment to enhancing literacy among the youth in our community.

The Summer Reading Program is a vital resource, designed to help children maintain and improve their reading abilities during the summer vacation period. We firmly believe in the transformative power
of reading and the opportunities it fosters.

Pictured here are our Treasurer, Ms. Janice Goodin, who proudly presented this donation on behalf of our club, and the Librarys dedicated Librarian, Ms. Jennifer Wilcox. We are thrilled to support
this cause.

Ms. Wilcox will oversee the application of our donation to the Summer Reading Program. We eagerly anticipate seeing how our contribution will enhance the reading skills and enrich the lives of the children in our community this summer.

The Rotary Club of Chatham extends its sincere appreciation to the community of Miramichi for their continuous support in making such contributions possible. We remain steadfast in our dedication to our
community and to initiatives that nurture learning and growth.

Heres to a summer filled with learning, exploration, and the joy of reading!

On behalf of the Rotary Club of Chatham, it is with immense pride and admiration that we recognize the dedication and commitment of Sandy, our former member and now a vital part of the Rotary Club of Moncton West and Riverview.

In a moment of need, when the position of Chair for this years RibFest in Moncton fell vacant and the event faced an uncertain future due to budget and volunteer challenges, Sandy didnt hesitate. She stepped forward, saying a resounding “YES” to leading this significant event.

Sandy has always been a beacon of service and commitment during her time with the Rotary Club of Moncton West and Riverview, consistently showing unwavering support for the club projects, particularly Rib Fest. It is heartening to see that she continues to carry these values in her new role. Alongside her team, she took on the majority of the work, showing remarkable leadership and fortitude.

Sandy, your incredible work ethic and generous spirit truly exemplify the values of Rotary, and we couldnt be prouder to call you one of our own. Your dedication and selflessness continue to inspire us and earn you the respect and admiration of the community and Rotarians alike.

On behalf of the Rotary Club of Chatham, we extend our sincerest congratulations on your well-deserved recognition and express our deepest gratitude for your invaluable contributions to the Rotary family. We are extremely proud of you, Sandy, and thank you for everything you do!

Happy Canada Day from all of us at the Rotary Club of Chatham! We had the incredible joy of being part of the Canada Day Parade, cruising through the streets on our vibrant float, featuring some of our dedicated Rotarians who volunteer tirelessly for the weekly Rotary Club of Chatham Bingo on 993 the River. Our hearts are full seeing the tremendous support from our community, a community were proud to serve and assist through various local organizations. As we waved from our float today, we were reminded of the power of unity, the spirit of giving, and the joy of being part of such a wonderful community. Lets continue to grow and make a difference, one Bingo ball at a time. Heres to community, compassion, and Canada! 🇨🇦 #RotaryClubChatham #CanadaDay #CommunitySupportImage attachmentImage attachment+7Image attachment
